Loan Assist - Quick Bank Loans

Minimum 2 characters required in first name error coming next step not move. Customer name eg. A Ramudu. A after another 1 character required asking. Customer not having present address proof so Aadhaar otp enter for login. So, name edit option not coming. So, now how to forward this step many times I am try but same ERROR coming what to do. Plz reply tq

I dont know why we have to face trouble to get our loan details. Hdfc is so popular and reputed bank but there app services are very poor. I’m not able to see my EMIs. I’m not able to pay in advance even I’m not able to get to know why i have some charges pending on.. very poor service ever experienced regarding my loan. Because of this unexpected dues or pending charges my cibil score is affecting. Even i have no one to talk about this problem .always they have only one answer ‘ please mail.’ How many times i have to? If its a loan assist app why There is a seperate lonk for pending dues . Show on the app why you are charging for it and we’ll pay . Feeling cheated Please do something about it. Not expected this from hdfc.

I have seen first time for HDFC loan app that if it’s upgrading then you can not use last version even if you delete and download still it will not work and says “app is upgrading, visit play store” and opens play store. Need to improved. As new app is upgrading then old version should work until and unless new version get released completely instead isolating support to customer. Limited details given of loan. If I took bike loan then there should be total amount, interest rate, down payment etc details. There is no option showing for repayment if I want to repay then what is maturity time and what interest applies. Check ICICI guys and learn.
