I’ve been ordering strawberries from this app from quite some time and so far the items are fresh and in good condition. One thing they should improve on is the delivery but I think this is understandable given the ecq situation.

I placed an order last March 23 and paid via Gcash immediately. They are very responsive in viber so I waited patiently for my supposed delivery date of March 28. By March 27 I get in contact with them again but suddenly the delivery date has been moved to April 5. Without any explanation they moved my delivery date. Only after messaging them a few times did I receive this “Maam pasensya na po, limited vans lang po kasi ang pinapagamit samin”. I understand that it’s hard nowadays but they should commit to their allotted delivery time. Is it only my order that has been delayed? Are all areas in Makati have delayed deliveries for more than a week? I’m truly disappointed since it’s only me and my senior mom, who’ll have her 68th birthday this March 29. What are we going to eat? We have not been going out due to community quarantine. I thought that this seller is honest due to their high rating and responsiveness. Don’t put your trust in their store, to all my friends who I recommended this store with I’m sorry. Please buy from another honest seller. Not because this seller has an app does it mean that they are better than other honest seller. You may buy from Mr. Gulay instead. They can deliver from 1-3 days you placed your order.

The app is so simple to use that my mom didn't even have to ask for my help to navigate and check the products. The concept of the store is really admirable and should receive 101% support from everyone. Filipino farmers have endured so much abuse and exploitation from both the Government and private sector and it is now everyone’s moral obligation to help them.
