I love my bank. Please improve the app. I can log in only a few times before the app stops working. When I attempt to log in, I get a “bad request” error. I end up deleting the app, download again, it works a few times, and the cycle continues. I love TTCU, but the app needs to be designed better.

This app is extremely unreliable. Facial recognition almost never works even though I set it up every time I log in. It keeps changing my login settings. I frequently log in with my correct credentials and it simply tells me "bad request" about five times before it lets me log in. Not helpful at all when I'm on the go. The app shuts down randomly. I gave it three stars because it is useful to keep track of my spending and is pretty quick to update expenditures and incoming money. I like that I can transfer money and the check deposit function. The app functions seem to get significantly less reliable and functional every time the app updates.

I have never had any issues until my last mobile Deposit , it was rejected and I never received any type of notification. I sent a message and have yet to receive an answer to my last question. I called in and asked to have a supervisor call me and have yet to hear back from anyone! I was never notified of any charges to your policy in regards to your mobile Deposit procedures causing issues with the last deposit. There needs to be better communication with your members! The person i last spoke with was less than pleasant to speak with … y’all need to do better!
