Bank of Tennessee Mobile

BOT mobile app is easy to use. It’s easy access banking 24 hours a day. Account balances, transferring funds, pay bills or reviewing your transaction history are at your fingertips. I still enjoy visiting a branch office when I need assistance. BOT’s staff is outstanding. They are prompt friendly and helpful. If you’re a little old fashioned and don’t like text messages over the phone… it’s refreshing to walk in the Main Office or Branch and get answers or assistance with your financial needs. If you like to chat then the Tec Support is great. I have had good experiences with them too!

The app is fine until it is not. I will attempt a transfer from one account to another and even if it says successful, that is not always the case. This last time, it resulted in me getting an overdraft fee that the bank refuses to refund, even though I made the transfer, but the system glitched and did not successfully make.

I’ve never had a bank app that was so concise and efficient. It’s incredible that for a smaller independent style bank that they have such wonderful tech presence and support. I have two other accounts with credit unions and Bank of Tennessee is my day to day for many reasons but their online platform is one of the main reasons I use them regularly.
