I’ve never had a bank app that was so concise and efficient. It’s incredible that for a smaller independent style bank that they have such wonderful tech presence and support. I have two other accounts with credit unions and Bank of Tennessee is my day to day for many reasons but their online platform is one of the main reasons I use them regularly.

Customers should be allowed the option of rounding up each purchase and have the change automatically deposited into their savings account.- Also, I absolutely HATE the text notifications for credit or debit transactions. They are useless. I want a text right away when I make a purchase - showing where and the exact amount. Getting a vague, nonspecific text the next day is just a nuisance. Getting prompt specific texts alerts right away protects against fraud and helps me keep track of what is transpiring in my account.

I think having an application for easy transfer is huge. I still can not find out how to transfer money from my checking account to savings account. Also, This bank needs to tie their credit card to the application for easy pay off. I think the best program I ever used was US Bank and Bank of America. I think the application has tremendous potential, but just needs some major tweaking. I will give a two star rating because the ease of money transfer from one account to the next is very big for customer service. Dr Shelby
