App works well, although some functions take a bit to figure out where to go, or how to set up a few functions. I can’t remember exactly which function took me too long to figure out (as I’m not technically challenged) but I remember thinking “this should be more user friendly” and a lot quicker to set up. Now that I’ve used the APP since it came out, I don’t have any issues, but those who don’t use online banking, or do much with their phones, will most likely still have issues knowing where to go, and remembering where to go, so CFCU IT guys/gals may want to tweak a few things over time. I do feel VERY SECURE on this app though, and that says a lot these days.

While the transition from the old app to the new went very well, the appearance of the new app leaves much to be desired. For example, the new app does not support dark mode. Additionally, it doesn’t appear to support the accessibility option for large text. The enhanced security features, although well behind other banking apps, are a welcome improvement.
