Can't get OTP
I've changed my phone and forgot the password so every time I try to reset the otp required never recieved. Please look into this issue.

Stopped working, please fix your app ❤️
Every thing was awesome till the app stopped working for me and my family members. Ironically it does work when you are not near a costa branch, but once you are there it won’t sign in. I have almost 4 KD and haven’t been able to use them for three weeks now. Please fix this as Costa is my favorite coffee shop, I literally go to no other café.

Login issues
I’ve been very happy with the app until the app decided to log me out for no reason, and when I tried to login again with my phone number I kept getting an error message saying “I exceeded my OTP limit” knowing that I was only trying to log in again. That is a very faulty error that has to be fixed pre-launch phase, I tried to delete the app and download it again but I kept getting the same message. Hope this gets fixed.
