The app works smoothly and I’ve used it to make several investments. They’ve made the entire process fairly straightforward and smooth. There are a couple minor improvements that could be made. 1. Support Google Auth in the app just like is supported in the web version. 2. On your portfolio it would be nice to also be able to see not only the amount you invested in total but what the total in current valuation is (a projection based on the latest cap table entry). 3. Make it easier to invest with an IRA account (this is a harder one I’m sure). Other than that I’ve got no complaints. It’s a great way to get positions in pre-IPO companies.

Customer service is limited and i hope has improvement in the future but from my personal experience with secondary market platforms and brokers the pricing for the deals are very good for small investments and the 5 percent fee is low in comparison. Docs are easy to access and it’s easy to check in to see the progress of the transaction. I’ve been using this service in conjunction with other platforms/brokers for about 2 years.

The app works great and I find it very easy to use. The company has been great to work with over my last year investing with them. They are very helpful, and when it was initially just interested they weren’t pushy at all and allowed me to take my time to do my own due diligence without them constantly calling me or bugging me. Now that I’ve invested several times, I’ve had the opportunity and need to call or email from time to time and they’ve been very helpful, courteous and responded quickly. Really happy with my experience overall with Equityzen and this app adds to that great experience.
