The items I ordered were in stock and when I got my order I noticed many missing things and many things were replaced with similar items. We also did not get a receipt. I tried calling customer service several times but no one picked up. And the delivery guy gave me a hard time claiming my house is too far although I had clearly stated my address.

There’s no purchase order history field and therefore no option to review what you ordered. There’s also no option to cancel your order if the customer wants to cancel in cases where it took too long to deliver.

I have been trying to sign up for half an hour. I put my email it tells me it’s already available . So I press ( forgot password) and get a 404 error. I did this a few times. No use! I try to call Cozmo and wait for a turn but after a minute of waiting it disconnects. Terrible app.
