The app tells me to update its version, and when it redirects me to the app store, I don’t see any available update. Even when it used to work, it was a lot of nuisance.

This is definitely the worst app I ever installed, always crashing, full of errors, slow and not to forget to mention the failures to sign into account and save details. Etihad Airways should be ashamed for publishing such app like this as it’s basically waste of space and cause nothing but headaches. I will never ever recommend this app to anyone. Even though I’m a fan of Etihad bit this app is a shame and the developers either need to put it down before they destroy the airline reputation or to a whole new fully functioning app to replace this.

I use Apple Wallet to track all the loyalty cards I have from other airlines. Since Etihad Guest does not have that feature, I end up just forgetting about Etihad completely. Would be great if that could be implemented in the app. 5 star otherwise.
