It’s efficient and I rarely encounter delays in responses. But, that there are occasional delays is why this app earns 4 out 5. (really a 4.75 out of 5, but please don’t @ me for rounding down) For context, I’m not referring to reasonably delayed responses from community members. Life can keep us busy; no worries there. I’m referring to intermittent lag in sending/receiving replies during timely conversations. It’s as though the server throttles “real time” conversations that extend beyond fifteen minutes. That aside, I love that Rocks n Ropes strives to support their community by offering services such as this app. Fan for life!

Incredible app from an even more incredible brand. Their latest update improved navigation so I can more easily find the items I’m looking for. Their in-app checkout experience is seamless and integrates directly with Apple Pay so I can buy with a couple clicks. They also have a wonderful in-app chat feature if I need extra assistance from one of their Rocks N Ropes agents. Keep up the great work!
