You call taking away the ‘bulk delete’ option with your latest version a feature enhancement?? I don’t think so. You took it away on the MyQ app and now you’ve taken it away on this app. Even if you snooze the notifications, the videos still show on the history. People do water plants and wash their cars within view of the camera. I’m not going to turn off the notifications every time I go out front. I called support about this when you deleted this feature on the MyQ app and the rep told me it was still on this app and now you took it away here as well!! Why??? I’m not the only one complaining about this- just Google it and you can see others complained about this, too. This is NOT an enhancement!! Do better MyQ if you care about your customers comments!!!

So again, more updates, and no direct, addressing of the fact that the push notifications don’t work. I purchased these openers for the specific reason that I could get a text telling me I left the door open. Many have complained about this yet you completely seem to ignore the request to get this fixed it randomly just stopped working all of a sudden. Why do you even have this as a feature I can pretend to turn on, if you have no intention of ever making it work? So after several months of multiple complaints by hundreds of people, they still can’t get push notifications to work? Who are the people who are doing this programming. As I said in my first review this is programming 101 it seems I’ve completely deleted devices, reinstall them disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi etc. etc. and nothing works. Come on guys the whole point of this is to know if someone’s entering my home when I’m not there. When I’m home I know someone opens the door. Absolutely pathetic. Seems this is programming and debugging 101. Really? If you can’t get this corrected how can I trust you have any security issues correct

Randomly push notifications just stoped working. I can get email notifications but not push. I’ve tried everything. Deleting app and reinstalling. Taking out prior notifications and deleting and reinstalling and nothing. Nothing changed with phone WiFi service or anything. Just can’t get push notifications and yes the setting are set to receive notifications on my phone ad well
