I don’t buy many apps, almost never actually! But not only is this calculator app done extremely well and has features even for free that other calculator apps just don’t have. Add that to the fact there’s no ads even on the free version like icing on the cake! I applaud the developer of this app for all their efforts and doing such a great job at giving features on the calculator app that’s over the top in my opinion! Honestly can’t praise the developer of this app enough and I was delighted to help support such an unselfish developer to offer so much for free! Just couldn’t resist to help support this app and the developer too! Worth every penny and then some! Thanks for all your efforts!
We all have our special interests. As an engineer and entrepreneur, one of mine is calculators. I long ago lost track of all the calculators I’ve tried. I only buy maybe one out of 10-20 that I try. This is the ONE calculator that I chose to put on my iPhone’s Lock Screen as my main Go-To calculator. I really appreciate everything about the calculator, but most of all, I appreciate that it is NOT a subscription! I didn’t hesitate to pay for it because we all deserve to be paid for our efforts. As a fellow software developer, I have refused to offer my software on a subscription basis. I respect and appreciate fellow developers who offer a good value to consumers. I hope the developer of this excellent software makes lots of money by offering a great calculator at a reasonable price.
None of the functions, i.e., +, -, *, /, work when you use a number that you copy then past from? It always will result in zero when you hit the equal button, =. What’s going on? This is a basic function of a calculator in 2021 on a smart phone. 🙄🤷🏾♂️ Until this is fixed and I can’t in good faith give it a good rating. Unfortunate, because the history and back button are helpful. But I use the copy paste function a lot, and it should work, but it doesn’t. I can’t be the only one who has experienced this? EDIT: Discovered that after pasting, if you then hit the "+/-" button, giving the pasted number a minus, then hit the button again, giving it a positive again, then it will recognize the number as actually being there, as in being recognizable, and will function normally. That’s the only way to get pasting to work. Until this is fixed natively I still can’t give it a 5 star rating. But I have upped my rating from 1 to 3 stars. 👍🏿 Cheers. EDIT 2: The best calculator on iPhone. Period. Nuff said. Not to mention the best customer service, all the above issues were fixed after they reviewed a screenviideo sent to them, on request by them, after they must have read my review...awesome.
