Now that ipad doesn’t have a default calc, this is the perfect replacement. A calculator that is simple, quick, looks good (with a light and dark option), and.....No ADs!!!!!!!!!!! Almost forgot - and free. PERFECT!!!!!!! Everyone should get this one unless they need more scientific options or like ads.
I have probably only written about 3 reviews over 10 years. I just don’t take or have the time for it, but this had to be done. With soooo many options (apps) available but yet so hard to quickly and easily find what you really want and/or need, others need to know, this is one of those apps that you want to install and keep!!!!

I have enjoyed this calculator until today. Accidentally pressed “C”. Fortunately there is History! BUT… I cannot figure out how to easily use the history to restore a long calculation. I can retype each item again but don’t need history for that! I easily “copy entire equation” but cannot find a way to “paste” the equation. SO… went back to the App Store (because there’s no evident HELP in the app) and clicked support. It brought me to advertising, feedback and a Facebook connection. No HELP that I could see. As I no longer have Facebook due to security concerns I could not see if there was HELP there.
As I chose this app mainly because of its history capabilities I am sadly disappointed. I do hope someone out there can help me figure this out. When you’re tired from working on seemingly endless math calculations it’s easy to at least temporarily forget how to use an otherwise easy app. Regardless there should be a readily available and obvious help section to answer questions. That in my opinion would make this calculator perfect!

I’ve been trying all the calculator apps out there. This one got it right! I wanted basic, with the numbers in the correct position and able to see history. Nailed it! The ads aren’t annoying but I’m going to look to see if there is a reasonably priced paid version. Something nice to add would be more color choices. App is still worth 5 stars just the way it is.
