Wallet - Daily Budget & Profit

I have been a premium user of the Wallet app by BudgetBaker for over a year, and I am extremely disappointed with the persistent issues I have encountered. Despite having a lifetime subscription, the app has consistently failed to sync data between my iOS device and the web app. Every time I log into my account via the web app on Windows, I am prompted to set a base currency and an initial balance as if I am a new user. This has resulted in the loss of access to my records, which is a significant inconvenience. I have contacted Wallet Support numerous times over the past year, and while they have acknowledged the issue and assured me that their team is working on a fix, there has been no resolution. The support team has repeatedly informed me that the developers are addressing the problem, but the lack of any tangible progress has been frustrating. As a premium user, I expected a higher level of service and functionality. The inability to access my financial records across both platforms has severely impacted my ability to manage my finances effectively. I would not recommend this app to anyone seeking reliable data synchronization between devices.

Truly the best, I track week by week, month by month, and soon year from year. I manually put in everything which took a while (faster on computer) but it’s definitely worth seeing everything, I only recorded up to a certain point because that’s all I needed, can’t worry about the past but only the present and the future. And seeing exactly where my problem areas are (categories) for spending and how much I’m earning helps. Now I can budget REALISTICALLY and not just make estimates on paper because I have real charts and exact numbers and can pinpoint my exact areas needing improvement with the comparison on how much I earned a certain timeframe. After paying for a lifetime license, I accidentally deleted my account. I misunderstood the process of recovering my account and out of frustration posted a negative review here. The developer graciously and promptly responded to my review causing me to have a lightbulb moment and realize how easy it was to fix the issue. Accordingly it is only fair that I post a revised review. I chose this app after testing out and discarding many other similar apps on the App Store. This app checked all the right boxes for me— nice aesthetics, ease of use, multiple currencies, informative charts, ability to import data from another app etc. Everything just works, with no glitches. After trying it out for a few minutes, I bought the lifetime license (which I think is pretty reasonable for what it offers) and I haven’t looked back. All was well until, as I said above, I messed up and deleted my account. After I accidentally deleted the account, I again tried to find a replacement app. Discovered that no other app compares so happy that all is well again and look forward to continuing with this app. For anyone who might make the same mistake as me— I was attempting to delete all the data from the app so I could start over. I didn’t realize that by deleting the data I would also delete my account. So when I tried to sign back into the app it didn’t recognize my email address. If that happens to you, just sign up again with the same email address as before and your account will automatically be restored.
