This worked for me as advertised. I downloaded all of my 16 photos from the the skywalk event.

Took four or five attempts to download this app. We still can’t access our photos from Grand Canyon West after paying fifty dollars for them. We have reached out to customer support (they only provide an email address) and haven’t received a response.
We’d like the photos we paid for of our once-in-a lifetime memories. I guess we’ll have to settle for a refund…maybe.
