A few things: aside from the asinine $12 base fare even just to ride 5 mins away, my first time using this I reserved it for a certain time and the driver arrived 5 mins early and I got a notification that if I wasn’t ready by my reservation time, I’d be charged fees. Why would I be charged if he came early? The time should start when I reserved it. Also, when searching for a location, it gives me locations from all around the country. Isn’t this app only relegated to Vieques? Unless y’all have helicopters I don’t know about.
