Mech Wars-Online Robot Battles

well i started playing this game about 4weeks ago. an wrote a review which was lost? so now i will write a new one. 5/21 i still love this game, better than robot wars.(atleast for now) i dont mind bonus rewards for commercials, if you don’t want or cannot use cash. but to cut me off / drop me after i watch your commercial so you dont have to give me the bonus is bad. so i dont watch an just play without bonus. an now i get dropped right after i press MISSED OUT button. still gonna play cause its fun or until i find another game. 1/23 been playing for awhile. last couple of updates, business wise was great. since now all purchases are for real cash. you can use BLUEPRINT PRODUCTION LINE. but you can only product 10 blueprints at a time usually 1 per day. and at a cost of several hundred or even thousand it can take from a few weeks to months. so if you wanted you could use gold to just buy it outright. i never pay for gold i just grind. but now whats the purpose of gold it kinda worthless. you can trade for silver but even that isn’t balanced. an upgrading both bots an weapons are expensive 5mil for 1st upgrade then it get more expensive the higher you go. but dang! who are you EA. its still a great game alot of little perks here an there which would have made it a better game. for me removing the gold to purchase bots an making it real cash only, kinda ruined the game for me. still gonna keep playing just not as often. my clan mates are already looking for other games. p.s. ADD MORE SKINS. SOME BOTS DON’T EVEN HAVE ONE. have contest to exclusive skin, bot or weapon. 01/26 took a break, got a new update. the screwed the dailies. the are bonus gold you can get for just completing normal game play. highest kill, time on beacon etc. it was 20-50 gold with a bonus to double with ads. now its 10-20 with double bonus with ads. everything here is now either ad bonus, or real cash.

Not sure why the devs decided to ruin this fun game but they did with an update that came out today. Absolutely loved this game..until today. The devs showed us 2 days ago what was coming in this update and although it met with 100% negative comments from the player base, they went ahead and made the update active today. They are making this game 100% pay to win for all. I don’t see why any newcomer would stay to play this game after seeing what was done to the workshop. We needed more new players and now that option will be gone. I personally have invested quite a bit of money in this game because it was fun, loved it and it has fantastic clans and friends. I will not be spending another cent on this game the way they made it today. As of today I will be boycotting the game in hopes it will return to what it was yesterday. The devs have totally made this a game of greed. I left another game solely for that reason. I won’t fall into that trap again. I won’t hesitate to make this boycott permanent. Wake up devs! Your player base is talking to you...we don’t plan to play the game the way it is today. Tempted to ask Apple if I can get a refund for all I spent here. Game has been totally changed from the game I invested in.

Graphics may seem a little hazy but I love that about the game. It actually seems more realistic than war robots given the fact that even the heavy bots “stand a chance.” Reality wise a naturally larger bot you’d assume to destroy a smaller bot quite easily. The sound effects are killer, abilities not too op, and the running/ flying mechanics are awesome. The reason I have rated it five stars wasn’t just because of all that it’s because you can “respawn” endlessly until the match ends. No more losses of entire hangers from pay to win slouches. Free to play have a chance of fighting back :) The more powerful the bot the longer the cooldown which I like. I feel a sense of accomplishment when the powerful bots are destroyed. And the first bot you start out with actually is powerful. War robots I had to change from robot to robot to robot only to never find an end to the pay to win chaos. The balance is very fair in this game as where every bot can fly and every player can select what power ups they want to use in the battlefield. It costs silver currency which is 10x better than that bogus energy cell stuff that takes forever to gain and so quick to deplete(war robots). Lastly the maps and the amount of strategy you can input into this game is endless. I don’t mind the ai one bit they are just practice for when a real player ends up on the enemy team which is what I love most. Good job 👍
