Yoodlize: Rent Anything

I’ve been a long time user of the Yoodlize and platform and have seen it improve over the past 3 years. The inventory of items available for rent are excellent and span all types of categories. I enjoy using Yoodlize because it allows me to try out various sports without needing to buy all the gear! Because of Yoodlize I was able to try out snowshoeing, paddleboarding, and kayaking all for fractions of the cost of owning any one of these items of equipment. As someone that also rents their high end camera equipment on here I have only had positive experiences and feel secure knowing that each rental is insured! I’m excited to see what’s coming next for the Yoodlize app!

Now that I’ve utilized Yoodlize (haha) for 2+ years, I figured it’s time to give my rundown. Overall, I love the app! Great to earn extra income, help the environment, and try fun new things — all at the same time!At this point I’ve earned thousands dollars on Yoodlize. Granted, I do some extra work to drive traffic to my listings from other places. This is how I got most of my rentals when I started because it was new to my area. Now that more people are on it, I get more requests directly through Yoodlize. There is a nice bonus about driving my own traffic though — I’ve shared my referral link hundreds of times. That gives me (and them) $5 credit on Yoodlize. Now I have so much credit on the app that it covers the cost when I want to rent things from others :)Yoodlize takes care of liability, verification, and payment. It's also nice to have my stuff covered if something happens. In the hundreds of rentals that I’ve done, almost every renter has reported the damage and covered the cost. I’ve had 1 instance where they didn’t - so I reached out to Yoodlize. They were super helpful and they covered the replacement cost.I’ve also rented a bunch of stuff from others. Last weekend we rented a giant outdoor movie setup for a party. The kids loved it! So fun to be able to use stuff that I would probably never buy for myself.This is a relatively newer app so you may not have a ton of people in your area yet. However, as discussed above, you can use the platform effectively even before it’s big in your area.There are some product features that I would love to see incorporated in the app. Specifically, I’d like to see renters have the ability to rent several items at the same time so they don’t need to check out multiple times. I’d also like to see some more tools for owners to manage their listings and rentals. To be fair, they are constantly releasing updates and improving the app so I expect that those things will be included with time.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a few months now. Last fall I had some big bushes to trim at my rental house, but my bush trimmers had stopped working. So I had to rent some. I looked online and called Home Depot; their rental prices seemed high, but I was in a bind. After sitting on hold for literally 10 minutes, I remembered I had Yoodlize on my phone. So literally as I was on hold still waiting for Home Depot to pick up and take my money, I was able to find some bush clippers for rent on Yoodlize - for cheaper than Home Depot - and was able to reserve them and message the owner about picking them up. All while I was literally still on hold for Home Depot. Pickup went smooth and I was incredibly happy I was able to use Yoodlize. You guys rock!! Thank you!!
