I’m still in awe with how quick the process went literally inquired overnight Claudio responded first thing in the morning very courteous and took time to answer any and every questions I had. Applied the second night and was approved first thing the following morning and India assisted the entire way with willingness to make sure all our questions were answered up to signing our lease and accessing the property. Beautiful home inside and out thank you Bungalow team for making it such a smooth transition for my family I’d highly recommend for anyone.

DO NOT USE!!! I used bungalow to rent a room near school and I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this place. I picked up my keys and went to the apartment and it was nothing like the video tour. The whole place was disgusting and smelled like sulfur and pee even before we entered the apartment. I walked in and the place looked nothing like I expected. The room I was assigned was filled with stuff and I was told to inhabit a different room that was half the size of the one I was paying for. There were ash trays all over the apartment and the whole apartment reeked of smoke and urine. I was under the impression that someone from Bungalow was going to inspect the room before I moved in. My room in question had a dog crate and was covered in dog pee. The whole apartment seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for months - even though they charge a fee for cleaning. The two bathrooms were in shambles and falling apart- nothing like represented in the pictures or videos! I have never seen such misrepresentation and blatant false advertising. Trying to get my money back was an even more frustrating process than above. I didn't inhabit the room at all and they refused to refund me my money and want to charge a $1000 fee. I'm in the process of going to court to get my money back but BEWARE AND DO NOT USE!!

Rented a property with bungalow for a year my lease is ending. I didn’t like my experience for one the showings if you have a vacant room they will have up to two-three showings a day and it’s annoying because sometimes they don’t even knock they just walk right in. Second they do take a long time for maintenance and repairs of the house. Third the cleanings are done by non-Professionals that do a crappy job. Better off hiring someone else. Also please read the lease over and over before signing they have certain clauses like we can enter the property without notice to the residence. And if you break the rules they charge you 800 dollars a month on top of your rent. Ridiculous they have issues paying back security deposit and customer service is terrible. The only perk is the bungalow events if your able to book these before they sell out. Just to mention 150 is a little to much for utilities especially if 3-4 people are paying it. Is it really 600 dollars a month for water trash gas sewer and a twice a month maid service? Your better off finding your own roommates RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK
