Cradlepoint NetCloud Manager

After updating to latest version, unable to login, keeps saying “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing.” Edit: the app has made some major updates towards the right direction to show what is important during a support call, most important to see if device is using primary to LTE. A very useful function is to prioritize Ethernet or modem right from the app. This app needs some QA, user engagement and some great UI/UX designers! Frustrating to have to use it but run into issues when you need to access information ASAP!

I like being able to check the modem status quickly. Also online status is great. I wish I could get router logs. Its also a pain to configure alerts when my router goes down.

It offers much of the functionality that the ECM offers online, and while you can’t do configuration editing, being able to monitor performance and do speed tests is great! Would love to see alerts come through the app to lessen emails being sent from those alerts. Would highly recommend, marry, slow down, have a family, and live happily ever after.
