This app is riddled with bugs! I don’t know how companies keep going with an app that costs so much labor to use. Our internal techs use it, but barely. Between being kicked out of the app to log back in, constant crashes, the need to delete and reinstall the app, and the force save after practically every step, it is a nightmare trying to maintain accountability. Dev team does not want to hear the actual issues, but constantly brush off as user error and causing a rift between management and employees. Conservatively, technicians waste 30 minutes per day company wide dealing with bugs in the app rather than being productive. The app needs to be more streamlined, more user friendly, have a UI that is bubbly and easy to navigate, secure login should remember device for at least 30 days before requesting login again and a host of other items that need addressing.
I’ve been using the app for a while and while it has potential, the current experience leaves a and not to be desired. Since the reason I was update the app keeps logging me out unexpectedly, which is incredibly frustrating on top of that it crashes regularly making it unreliable for daily use. one of the most annoying issue. Is that sinking process, it often gets stuck and doesn’t complete even after resetting the database this makes it hard to trust the app with important data task. Nivola could be a great tool if these backs were addressed but right now it feels like it’s not keeping up with basic functionality hoping for more stable update soon
App is very slow. Claiming and closing work orders can take a very long time some people just don’t have. There needs to be a select all tab instead of claiming each individual work order. Again it takes a very long time to accept multiple work orders. There is no way to search previous or active work orders. This would help in understanding what is going on if you are out of the loop
