Love the app, hate that I have to purchase additional features. I paid for the darn device, and you would think that the developer would understand that users are disabled and likely have limited funds for stuff like this. I had to save up for a long time to be able to get this in the first place, and then I find out that it’s limited in its functionality unless I pay more money?! That really upset me to be quite honest. The only reason I was able to afford it at all was with the help of insurance, but they won’t help with buying an app to give the device it’s full functionality. I have to wonder if my insurance company is aware of that and what they would think of it. It could be considered fraud if the device is listed as having more features than I’m actually able to use without paying more money out of pocket.

Being able to adjust the profiles with my phone is very convenient! I love the simplistic look of the app. My only critique is the paid purchases. This device already costs $5.5k+ and is a medical device. I shouldn’t have to buy add-ons through the app.

The App is straight forward, easy to use and looks professional. Setting up the Smoov through the app was really quick because they use QR codes that you just scan with the camera. I like being able to make changes to the profiles and make little adjustments.
