When you’re watching a live video or a video that’s not live anymore just videos in general by your certain people you’re following or subscribing to when you watch the video in full screen view it doesn’t matter watch when you have your phone tilted the bezel on the left side of the video is bigger than on the right side the right side bezel looks like a 17:9 sized video which is that side on the right and then the left side looks like a 4:3 video in terms of the bezel size the right side is smaller than the left side needs a big fix.

Honestly the only reason I didn’t put 4 stars was due to the significance of a single issue maybe I’m just too dumb to figure out. But on old streams I cannot find a way to fast forward or rewind to where I was, I don’t have hours at a time to watch and finish a stream and would like to get back to it. I will say the app does a good job for the most part keeping you where you were but if something slipped passed you or something funny just happened I don’t wanna rewatch 3.5 hours of a stream to hear a singular good joke. If there is a way to FF and Rewind them may I please get some help.

After receiving a notification that one of the streams I followed went live, I selected to watch the live stream. I noticed my account was not logged in, so I attempted to log in. Long story short: I was not able to recover my account and tech support ultimately acted as if I was attempting to hack into the account and stopped responding to me. Which would have been the ideal thing to do had I not been the owner of the account, but I was(no longer am). They gave me the first and last letters of my registered email address and suggested I use that account to log in. It was not an email address I have ever seen or used(it ended in ‘.**p’ what is that?)and obviously I never verified the account with that email address. After informing them of that, giving evidence of the lino transactions on my account, I was told that there was nothing else that could be done and “sorry for the inconvenience.” If their tech support could not see that the email address had been changed and it was not me that changed it, while refusing to let me verify through my registering email address or prove it is my account by any other means, there is no longer any sane chance I would risk putting anymore cash into lino and having it stolen again. And if was a technical error, it no longer matters because they told me to kick sand. I like seeing alternative media succeed, but unfortunately this company is worth putting serious thought into if you want to risk losing REAL money and not being able to recoup it or your account(and possible means of earning a living). I really liked DLive other than the above event. No hard feelings to them.
