I may have order the wrong size of chain for my hubby... BUT they did reach out to me for support and although we didn’t make the exchange in time, their return policy is absolutely accurate and easy! I may have gotten the wrong chain, but I did gift it to my youngest! I enjoy browsing the app but when I made my first purchase I didn’t receive a confirmation email and my order history is empty. I ordered two necklaces. I emailed the support line and my charge is pending. I want the necklaces though so hopefully someone will get back in touch with me. P.S When will more of the popular pieces be in stock?
