I got this wanting to see my male self out of curiousity so when I first opened it, it said I had to pay subscription but it was free for new users (free for 3 days and then I’d have to start paying) so I decided to do the free thing. I went straight to the gender swap thinking it would be the same effect of transition as it did in the ads but when I took my picture it gave me a bunch of male faces to choose from (so basically it doesn’t automatically generate ur face to be the opposite gender, u have to choose a face that’s similar to urs and it basically photoshops ur eyes and lips on top of that face. It looks really fake.) and I chose a few but they looked nothing like me. I know I have the subscription for free for 3 days but I’m trying to figure out how to cancel the subscription cuz I don’t wanna pay anything just to see the male version of myself. I couldn’t find any number or information on the app or on the App Store to contact the company and cancel the subscription so I’m not sure what to do. I don’t recommend this app at all and I’m deleting it as soon as I can figure out how to cancel the subscription. Do not get it.
Chances are, you’ve seen a lot of “grow older” ads, where they state that this app can supposedly predict what you’ll look like between ages 20-80 years old. When I first saw an ad for this app, I immediately knew that 80% of the app, including the age predicter, would be inaccessible behind a “premium” option, but I still got the app just for the sake of making fun of it. Of course, I was right. Almost the entirety of the app is blocked behind a paywall. The app does give you like two things you can do WITHOUT premium, but those are so generic that basically any app with filters would have them (I can’t even remember what they were, they’re that generic). I deleted it soon after, realizing that it was just a waste of space. Moral of the story: Don’t advertise something if that something is blocked behind a premium pay wall You don’t have to get rid of all the premium content, just dial it WAY back, and maybe add an ad here or there so that way your still making money while the users can still have fun with the app
This app is not what you think it is I wanted to see what I would look like when I got older but in the beginning it said you have to pay so I tapped the x and I saw an icon that said it would show you what you look like when you are older so then I see a few pictures of other random people and I saw a camera so I took a picture of me then I wanted to see the results but it wouldn’t show me it just kept saying I had to upgrade the app for free so I thought why not if it’s free (I didn’t want to pay) and I clicked it then it brought me to the very beginning I repeated those steps a few times and the same thing happened so I said I will do the free trial and I hit that and it said you get a three day free trial but then it said no in app purchases which doesn’t make sense so I saw a subscribe button I hit that and it just kept loading so I was getting quite frustrated by then and delegated that stupid app. Now I have a different perspective when it comes to these types of apps... DON’T GET THEM
