Pizza Factory Rewards

This was one of our favorite places to go to but we were disappointed to hear they no longer offer punch cards.

I’m not saying anything new here. This app is hot garbage which is very frustrating. About to order from a competitor because the app just now was completely unusable. Please hire new app devs because this is ridiculous… March 2024 update: FINALLY I see we got a new version. Except it’s the same old trash app with a new log-in screen and wow you can maybe use rewards earned on the app for app purchases, evolutionary concept. I was given a sign up $5 coupon that wouldn’t work so not a good start. I bumped it up another star because after two attempts I was at least able to complete and order. Even tho I already set my local PF location, it said no delivery available which I know was bogus… Let’s keep developing this app into something we can enjoy using.

1. If you customize your pizza and switch a topping, it charges you for the removed toppings and the topping you put in its place. So if you remove a cheese you don’t like and add a different cheese, it charges you $2.50 more. Want a sprinkle of dried oregano and basil? $5.00 more, for sprinkled seasoning (not fresh). So a pizza that should have been $30 was $40. Also, it charges you full price for adding something to only half of the pizza. 2. You can’t use the rewards in the App. So, you have to go place your order in person and wait to use app rewards. Rewards expire super fast as well. Hope you eat pizza every week to use them. 3. The app has no history of orders and locations specific to you, so every time you place an order, it’s like using the app for the first time, you have to enter everything in, and the checkout doesn’t work with Apple Pay so you have to manually enter everything in. 4. If you change your mind on your order after you started you have to start all over again. The pizza is good, but the app is just so horrible. The thin crust is like a normal crust, but otherwise really good pizza and we’ll worth the $30 out of the $40 I paid because the app is so poorly designed. I’m certain the people that designed it have never actually used it.
