This game used to be fun but now it’s just annoying - the game has lots of bugs and the newer buildings are so hard that you need to use tools, which cost money, to finish the level or replay the same level 30 - 50 times. They just dramatically hiked the cost of tools. How it works: players join a union of 30 players. There are regular buildings, a special monthly event building and monsters to slay. Once a week there is a union event where union members try to collect 4,000 points together to get prizes. The problem is routinely one or more of our union members are not counted in the event - leaving those poor members out of the event and prizes and making it harder for the rest of the union to reach the goal. Now they have added a treasure hunt, where unions compete directly against each other for points and prizes. To finish these events in the time allotted means having to use tools which you pay for. With the increased cost of tools, it’s no longer feasible for me to play. Only the monthly event and monsters are easy enough to play without tools but to get tokens to play the monthly event, you must finish levels in regular buildings. As I said the newer regular buildings are so difficult that to finish games in a timely fashion, you must use tools and they hiked the price of the tools drastically. It’s not enjoyable enough to spend money on it anymore. Don’t bother to start.

I have written to G5 for almost a year now about my problem that my app crashes when I try to visit friends, only to get no help. The last I was told was that I may have a ram issue causing this. I have written many times over to explain that I only play this game & that I play on the last est generation fully updated iPad . I have explained that I am a top player & it’s totally unfair to have to give up rewards & loss of my time. This is also unfair to my many friends that I can only gift them & not give them help with visits. I told them I have spent much money on this game & I should be compensated in some way & that is totally ignored. I keep trying to visit my friends in hopes that they will finally fix the issue & I can help my friends & myself in the game. Each month we hold our breath & wait for whatever glitches will pop up. I only must say that the updates for iPads have been quicker in coming out for iPad, but still need help with my problem. I will update when the problem gets fixed. Another thing is the new way Union Events are done are terrible, the old way needing more points & getting better gifts in the chest are more to my liking. I am in the top union & we finish in about 12 hours & that is with slowing down towards the end to try to be sure everyone gets in. The way the events are played now should be for lower rated unions, but not for the top unions. This is too easy for us 🤔😬😬 Very upset & frustrated

I agree with other reviewers. I’m only on level 3-5 and it takes forever to win if you don’t have the tools. Needing 210 assemblers per collection but only being able to win 6ish assemblers per location is lousy. I’m also experiencing constant glitches when I try to use the friends button. Need to include counts for energy restoration (217 current energy/ 250 max energy) and counts for 100% experience (64% but how many experience points do I need to level up) Update 11/26...many gifts are not credited to inventory. Again, you need so many assemblers and this further frustrates my enjoyment of game. I estimate I only get credited with 1/3 of the gifts. Many glitches in game that don’t seem to get fixed. Every time I need to add to this review the rating drops a star. I started with a 5 star review in October and now I’m down to a 2 star rating. Update 1/28....I completed all the available quests over two weeks ago and no new quests have appeared since. Game is meaningless without quests to purse! I agree with other reviewers who talk about the game being heavily manipulated (I refer to them as f-you levels). Customer service is a waste of time, all they do is ask for more info and never fixed a single issue. I’ve gone from this being my fave game to wondering why bother.
