Priceless Car Rental

I paid ahead to lock in price. Only to find out it doesn’t lock in price at all. Price was more than double what they said, not including the deposit money. AND they charge $75 card fee that they don’t tell you about until after the fact. Can’t even get refund for money I paid up front because I used Kayak to get to them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Our plane into Tampa was delayed a few hours and we arrived to discover that our FULLY PAID FOR rental reservation was canceled and the car given to someone else. This was after I completed the rental agreement, updated my insurance, and confirmed the rental through the app. What’s the point of all of these awesome features on the app if it doesn’t tie into the local agency?

App is as awful as their website. App opened and just kept giving me the same error that said I needed to connect to the internet. I am connected to the internet. Wasn’t able to do anything but delete the app. Useless. Their website is just as terrible, you can’t even look up rentals, it doesn’t matter what dates you put it, it just says there are no cars available for those dates.
