If I could rate 0stars I would
This app is terrible I downloaded it thinking it was the real US dollar rental. What made me realize was when it asked for my email to login when the real dollar rental will give you a reward member number. Then when when I just went In as a guest allowing my location to have access it had me all the way in Iraq …. Then when I entered my state it said location not found as quickly as I gotten the app I deleted the app I’ll keep using the dollar rental website this app needs to go but it’s probably not meant for us that live in USA

Useless.
If you need to rent your car with an app, don’t use this one. At the first screen to upload my drivers license, I get an error message and cannot continue. The message is: “Type ‘String’ is not a subtype of type ‘int’ of ‘index’.” I have deleted the app and will use other companies in the future.

The most difficult form and app to use out of all rental cars. Serious help is needed. Try to download other car rental apps or even see how easy is to sign up compare to you guys. You have to keep up, it’s not user friendly it’s horrible when it works
