Some of the best subs around, especially by a chain. Also, the app works well and the point system and rewards seem to be fair!

The new app update they launched has made the ordering process nearly unusable. It would have taken less time to go to the store and order myself in person. Anytime I click on an extra topping or add-on the menus glitch and close so you have to restart the selection process every time. More add-ons are now a sub-option of add-ons and make it miserable to navigate. Trying to checkout as a guest forces you to enter your information only to be taken right back to the menu on completion. During the checkout process the app doesn't support American Express 4-digit security codes and gave me several "unable to place order please try again in a while" errors generically. Once it was placed, the order was marked as delivered inside the app when it wasn't even picked up by the driver yet, leaving me confused. There's absolutely no way to contact them in the app or even contact info available so I had to go on Google to find the store number and call to see if my order was even in the process. Launching new features is great but if they're not tested properly it makes it miserable as a customer. I'd rather just order through Uber or DoorDash directly at this point.

I rarely write a review for an app. Most of the time I just delete it and move on. I’m compelled to write a review because I love DiBella’s and collecting points for rewards. Today I took my lunch break at DiBella’s down the street from my job. Great location and awesome people who work there. As I was cashing out I was asked if I have an account. Well, of course, I’m here all the time. Apparently, my number didn’t work because of the update. I was told to create a new account so I can retain my points. While dining I attempted to create an account unsuccessfully because the submit button didn’t advance. I waited until I got home to try again to no avail. I closed the app, deleted the app and still no success. After reading a few reviews I quickly realized I had joined the list of disgruntled customers who were unable to use the “NEW” app successfully. Again, I love DiBella’s and would like to love the app as well. Thanks!
