All in all very excellent service. I ordered from them and the delivered exactly two days after and the products are in very good condition.

When you’re busy shopping on the app, scrolling through the items and you receive a call or leave the app for a few seconds when you come back you’re on the welcome screen instead of being where you left off. That is quite annoying. Even if you’d already gone through 100 items you’re forced to start again from the top You can’t sort the search by pricing, it only gives you like 10 items and not the whole range. App needs some development. There should be more filters... Also the customer service from the shop is really bad. You wait for your order for 3 weeks. I have been waiting for a refund for nearly two months now for an item they didn’t have stock of after I paid. I’ll never buy from these people again.

I’ve ordered twice from them before and (1) got my packages much earlier than I was told, (2) the delivery price is very reasonable, and (3) the products are in much better condition than I expected! Not that I expected bad quality from you guys, but of course, online shopping can be scary in all its unexpected ways! I did however not receive a set of sunglasses that I ordered, but heck, it was R10, I wasn’t bothered; I didn’t even check if they charged me regardless. Like I said, I’ve ordered twice before and it certainly won’t stop there! A suggestion that I’d like to add is better indication of new releases. I love to check up on my online shopping apps to see what’s new, but it’s not very clear in this app. All in all - I am very happy! And I can’t wait to order again 🦋
