Online Shopping Fashion Zando

Zando use to be my favorite online store for fashion items, but lately the app only display certain things compare to their website. The service also slid into the non-existent category. Receiving half an order with no way of finding out when the balance will be delivered. Ordered goods on the 07th and 8th of May and today is the 22nd of May and no communication from Zando and you can’t contact them telephonically either. Ordered stuff from Superbalist a week after I ordered from Zando and within 4 days my items were delivered and they constantly keep you in the loop on the progress of your order....now that I call service.

This new upgrade is absolutely frustrating to shop on. When you view items, a ‘its too crowded in here, try again later’ page will appear and block you from doing anything else. Since when is the app too crowded and how are we supposed to shop? Orders take two weeks before being shipped, nowhere to track where the items are, no help or contact option etc.. i dont know why you upgraded your system becoz this one is far worse than the first. Im never shopping with Zando ever again, Superbalist has all the items they have, more to offer and great customer service. Very quick as well. Dont bother with Zando evrytng of theirs is slow and they never respond to emails or pick up the phone

The app keeps crashing every couple of minutes, on iPhone 6. Makes it impossible to actually make a purchase. I also cannot view all of my wishlists as I’ve created more than one on desktop. I need to go into each item on my wishlist which wastes time. When scrolling on my wishlist it takes forever to load, and sometimes goes to an error page which states that my wishlist is empty. Then I have to start all over again. Also think the filtering options could be more, like they are on desktop.
