I participated in one of these activities with my mother during a quarantine, and it really helped to lighten the mood. The social distancing was hard enough, but thinking about everything that was happening, and worrying about my grandparents just really intensified feelings. This activity relieves stress so quickly and added a bit of fun into our day that we couldn’t help but commit fully. I had flour thrown in my face, expired condiments painted on it, and loved it. Those were among the higher point receiving activities, but truly I didn’t mind them at all, it was just nice to have fun and bond with my family. This was a fantastic experience and I recommend to anyone who wants to make bonds with their surrounding humans stronger, relive stress, or just have a bit of fun in general.
