After using Livepure smart RO for 2 yrs I cannot recommend this product to anyone. It may seem very enticing to rent RO for a small deposit, free service and small monthly amount but in the long run its not only expensive but also a headache to own. The after sales service is extremely poor both on Livepure end and the third party contractor that they hire. On every service request Livepure agents keep telling you that they have assigned a technician and unit will be serviced in 24-48 hrs, but the technicians never come on time. In fact they even cancel your request without notifying you saying phone is not reachable or part not available. I have spent 1 month trying to get service and after multiple requests that got cancelled for various made-up reasons by them I have finally cancelled my membership and returned the RO unit. I would not recommend Livepure or its products to anyone.

First , the RO machines are sub standard. They can’t filter hard water of cities like Noida. I had to raise complaints about very month until I gave up. They are not a consumer friendly company. They will send you legal notices if they are unable to collect their machine back with amount much higher than the value of the machine. Even after I asked them repeatedly to collect their machine, they waited and waited until they thought it’s now a good time to send legal notices. They were not interested in getting their machine back, but rather extorting money in the name of legal notices. They charged for a the monthly subscription, even though I stopped using months ago.
