My suggestion to everyone who is or will be using the app, take a screenshot for you buy your tickets. If not you run the extremely HIGH RISK and either… 1.) Not being able to access your account after you purchase the ticket. 2) not being able to find your ticket after you purchase it.
I’m glad I screenshotted my tickets because the app won’t let me log in. I go to the login site, put in my information, and it takes me on that open window to my account. If I close the window, the app keeps asking me to log in.
Keeps saying I don’t have tickets. I bought them over a month ago but it won’t give me the option to show it. Just keeps telling me I don’t have them.
