I rarely write reviews, however the request came to my email. As a nurse with an advanced practice degree and military military spouse of 30 years I can offer my full endorsement for the platform. The web designers clearly spoke to the end users and asked what items are important and produced an exceptional product. As one who helped build Epics health platform, this is no easy task. The care at each MW facility has been thorough with attention given to myself and my children. I highly recommend this health care system and as one who knows, and works in this evolving industry can fully endorse without hesitation. I have options, I am choosing MWHC even though I’m employed with a competitor. The My Chart system is superior, the clinics are clean and well stocked with safety precautions clearly onboard. Fantastic job folks!

I want to compliment the young lady that helped me with a new billing that I needed to add to my account. She is very professional, polite, patient and helpful. She took her time with me explaining my billing and gave me the reassurance I needed. I am sorry I did not write down her name, but I hope you can look at my account to see who helped me.
I also want to compliment the MWH application I use for all my medical needs. It is very user friendly and it helps me keep all my information at my finger tips. I have used my app at my doctors appointments.

At first I did not think that I would like this. But I have found that it is very easy to use. I really like that if I have any questions they are answered right away. As an example I had forgot to talk to my NP about my problems that are now worse with my bladder. I asked the questions to her on my chart and she was able to help me right away. I also received my lab results promptly and was able to work with her to get the things I need a lot quicker.

My MWHC gives you access to your lab results, appointment information, current medications, immunization history, and more on your mobile device.
Log in to the app using your MyChart account to get mobile access to the following:
• Test results: View lab test results and standard ranges for each result.
• Messages: View, create, and reply to messages from your healthcare team.
• Appointments: View or cancel upcoming appointments, and read information about your previous appointments.
• Health advisories: Get notified when it’s time for your annual physical, flu shot, and other preventive care needs.
• Health summary: View your medications, allergies, immunizations, and current health concerns.
• Proxy access: View health information for designated family members, including children.
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
