I am currently a second year Psychology Major and this app has been a great tool for me! The 10 day course was incredibly helpful to learn about tangible skills for me to practice and improve on, allowing me to better utilize my time while also feeling mentally and emotionally better about it. I also felt that it was really helpful to utilize their new Focus Sesh feature which would allow me to use all of the skills I learned during the 10 day course and apply it to real life like the school work I have to do on a daily basis! Overall I think this app was incredibly worth it, and it is so convenient that it is free for anyone to use :)

We live in a digital age, and as someone who has struggled with the distractions that come along with this, I found this app to be perfect! It’s helped me develop a more healthy relationship with digital media and technology. Also, I found the focus sesh to be such a helpful tool! It helped me become aware of times where I was distracted and allowed me to practice coming back to my task. The app is also super user-friendly and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, but especially those who want to improve their focus and gain more control over their minds!

This app is awesome! The content is really engaging - love the videos and music. They break down attention training strategies into manageable pieces and help you build a habit of them. Plus the habit is built through listening to music which is so fun! I was surprised how much I ended up loving the course. I now feel like I have more control over my mind! Download the app today!!
