of customer service. they replied super fast, as a new producer in the game i got a few credits and verification was easy. i also didn't pay anything yet so that's great. highly recommend , app is very modern. i noticed there are users that have big issues with creds not loading or whatever, for me, the customer service John was able to help me solve everything. Really modern app.

Can’t lie I wasn’t sure how this app would help me at first or why it warrants a monthly cost… but my reservations were quickly set aside when I was able to track the data and collaborators of projects I’ve worked on in the past. My first time clients were able to quickly build confidence in my skills from easily seeing my l projects and overall upward trend as a producer/engineer etc. And customer support is amazing! Settled my worries and questions promptly and helped me figure out how to get started. Top tier app with no fluff from a top tier company

I was initially skeptical because credits can be so complicated to sort out - my allMusic has had a mixture of my credits and those of other people with similar names forever and has never once responded to emails I’ve sent with corrections. Muso is on top of it! They always respond immediately and have taken great time and care to sort out over 400 credits to ensure the discography listed is correct. Can’t wait to see how they develop as they add more stats and functionality - there are a lot of sketchy music business adjacent apps but this is one of the good ones and they are providing a service that no one else does for people who work in the music industry.
