Lots of virus pop ups everywhere on the site i am worried if its safe to use it

I’m sending this feedback bec I love Kmall. I’m an avid buyer. I want them to know this so they know they have a huge market but having this kind of app kind of halts their growth. Everyone is on mobile now, so they have to make sure that they are at par if not better VS other ecommerce app/sites. 1. Loading time - too long (should be 3-4s max), people are not as patient. They won’t wait for you if you’re taking too much of their time (even if you offer the best brands at the best price) 2. Aesthetically, it doesn’t look like an app. People who usually shop on apps can easily notice this. 3. It’s not responsive. There are buttons that doesn’t seem to want to function most of the time (esp the 3-line button at the upper right corner — not sure what you call it). 4. Although not all the time, I’m sometimes greeted with a white blank screen whenever I choose the homescreen — this event usually stops me in scrolling (bec I can’t see anything anymore) for more products. Unless I have my laptop open, I will not continue with my “supposed” purchase.
