This is literally the worst delivery app I’ve ever used in my life. No time estimation, super slow, bad ui/ux interface. You could have just copied DoorDash or uber eats which is not that hard but you still managed to make an app that’s extremely bad and everyone hates 👏
The app needs improvements to be a decent food ordering app. I need to store my address and select it instead of typing every time. I need to see my order and address in one screen and confirm that all information are correct. I also need to be able to view and review those details after submitting the order. Finally, i need updates and notifications when the order was accepted and when the order is out for delivery.

It’s slow and they add delivery fees that you can avoid if you simply call the restaurant. The interface is horrible and not intuitive at all. I’ve tried living with using the app but I can’t take it anymore. It’s been deleted and I will simply call the restaurants from now on. Don’t waste your time.
