I find that ordering on the app is easy after you become acquainted with it. My orders have always been ready on time or even early. The waiting spaces have never been crowded. I’m either the only one or maybe one other car. I open my hatchback, he inserts the groceries, shuts the lid and I’m on my way. I’m happy to pay the $2.99 convenience fee for such safe service. I’ve learned to add items over several days, and then order.
