I love this app! it's way better than any other ones & I love how it tells me the second someone unfollows me đmany of the features are generated based on analysis of data, which helps to find out who interacts with me most, who never comment or like any of my posts, thanks to this app, i know better about my followers. I tried about 5-6 other Instagram tracker apps, and they all were very disappointing. This is the first one I've tried that actually has the right information on it and that I trust.

Although the app worked like it said it would there are several flaws that need to be addressed. To look at who is stalking your profile or any other more advanced tool they have you must go pro. Now that isn't the problem the problem it they offer a 7 day free trial BUT they won't let you cancel it when you want to before the charge happens. I looked at other reviews and usually they reply with "Sorry for the inconvenience please send a report to our help area in the app and we will get back to you" or something along those lines but I have sent two reports in the help area in the app and they haven't responded to any of them. I also tried following other steps to cancel the subscription that are stated in the subscription part of the app and saying go to the app store and cancel it there but you can't it doesn't work. I say yet another thing saying go into the setting on the app but when you click that you only see add another account and nothing about settings. So I have contacted Apple Support to hopefully help me since the support from the app itself is nonexistent. I really am not trying to sound like a Karen but this app is seriously flawed. I hope this was helpful and if you are someone who has gone to the reviews to figure out how to cancel the subscription I would say your best bet is asking Apple support.

I never leave reviews for apps but feel this one is necessary. The âfree trialâ for this app was canceled yet I was still charged for a full year. Not only that but the developer âsuggestionâ at getting support is clearly a joke. Going to the âReport an Issue or Feedbackâ section within the app doesnât even function and throws up a message saying âCanât send the Email.â
To make things even more interesting the app doesnât even function with âProâ after the charge. It shows the subscription is active on the Apple Subscriptions page but the application fails in every way even if you wanted to use the app. Being that the developer does not provide additional support venues for issues I would stay extremely far away from this app even âifâ you wanted to use it.
Apple has already been contacted for a refund on this but if the âdeveloperâ ever sees this they should either remove the app from the store (respectable choice) or fix the vast amount of issues. If they do not Apple may just end up removing the app.
