I enjoyed this app…. for 10 minutes. You play only a short section of each song and it’s like 15 seconds. Meanwhile ads are 30 seconds, you can’t skip them either. Sometimes it’s as soon as you finish one level, and then you have to watch another 30 second ad to move on to the next level, so this game is mostly piles of ads. I can understand that people need to make a living and that ads help make the game better since it’s free, but seriously, that’s way too many considering the amount of time you actually play the guitar. At least make them shorter. I would be fine with it if there were ads to move onto another level as long as it was only 5 seconds. Recently I went through reviews and saw the developers responded to many people who don’t like the amount of ads. It was mostly the same things, but the fact that all these people are complaining and suggesting how to make this better and the developers DO SEE them, yet this hasn’t been resolved is pretty lame. Please consider this because I really think this game would’ve been 4 or 5 stars (in my opinion) without the loads of long ads.
Hi! Love the game. This game is the best thing I ever had, me and my sister play turns of each round on each one we would get like 1000 and more. And see who would win 2 retrys then we would go on the next song. Some retrys there a glitch that the song stops and screen stops. I don’t know if it’s because of my iPad or it’s because of the game because my other games don’t glitch so yea the other thing in my opinion that the free trail is nuts. It’s 40$ a month for VIP songs. But I’m not judging but maybe you could do like 15$ or 10$ or something other than not $40? Speaking of it there not much ads. I mean you have to watch an ad if you want to play a song which there is like 50 songs. But other than that the ones you watch you don’t have to watch an ad when you get in it. Thanks for this game I think I got this game 1 week or 5 days ago. Overall have a merry Christmas! Who am I kidding it’s the 18th.
Why am a little “meh,” about this app? It’s bc the app in of itself doesn’t understands how a guitar works. What is the app for, teaching you how to play guitar, does it? As someone who knows how to play, I hve to say no. I experimented with their digital guitar a bit and I noticed that it is not a very good simulation of the real thing, because while they hve the picture of a full guitar, the audio involved in making a guitar is not a complete guitar. When u r playing a real guitar, one thing you should know is that there are two parts of a guitar tht the player would be using, the frets and the strum. The strum is down bottom the frets r on the top. While frets r presented in the picture, every time I use them it sounds like I am just strumming without fretting. Also with games, they won’t let u fret at all otherwise u’ll screw up, bc they kind of play like the game guitar hero. If you try press on the frets then tht just means tht you strummed those notes early. Also another thing to add, is tht even the app doesn’t teach u how to play their games, which IMO u might as well consider them as mini games, bc they r not rlly there to actually teach u how to play an actual guitar in real life, it’s just a mini game tht plays a little bit like guitar hero. There is a special kind of note that you cannot hit unless u know how to hit it and the game is not interested in giving at least a hint on how to do tht. The ad does, but I didn’t see tht ad until after I hve already played those games.
Playing the guitar has never been that easy! Play hundreds songs & chords, and create awesome music directly on your device. Play just like you would...
