Ive stop the subscription when the war start. 10 months later I saw that money was still debited Ive started talking to support from November, and now on February they are telling that on my phone number was registered two accounts (how is that possible?) and on other one subscription is still working They will not compensate anything, they even don’t think to apologize or check their system, they dont care about you at all Well, they stole my money and feel fine after all

Difficult navigation and poor selection of films. It’ll take a lot of time to stop subscription and small advise - if you really want to stop subscription, don’t only press a button “stop automatically continue subscription” and “stop subscription”, but also delete a bank card from account. I didn’t know that and pay for this service for 3 months for not using it when I was sure that I stopped subscription. P.s. support managers response on your questions really long. The service don’t have a refund program on returning money for the rest of the month when u stop subscription and that’s a violation of consumer protection law

Ok, app is good, synchronizing with tv, but only ua and ru and sometimes english is available. As for me, I want sometimes to learn another language, or see the movie in original language, or sort movies by language, this you can not do here.. and even in tv
