I just downloaded this app and I am so pleased! It’s exactly what I was looking for. I struggle with going to the gym and knowing exactly what workouts to do to target the area I am wanting that day and I was looking for videos split up into sections and this app does just that! I can decide what area of my body I want to work out and this app provides me with perfect videos of exactly how to do the exercises, and it’s free!! 5 stars for sure!

I Love this app and I just downloaded it. I Love that it’s free and it lets you switch to female and you can look at the videos. I am having trouble opening the videos because I can barely see the screen and I tap on the lower left corner which should be at the top left corner but it opens after a couple of times and I’m able to see the video it’s a little frustrating but heck for a free and a really good app I’m pleased. I see this app developer is going to update the woman’s side so I’m excited. Thanks to the developers for making this a good and free app.
