Keeps giving error at login screen - “Connect to server timed out. Please try again later” Entering wrong password does give error of wrong password, and for correct password above error..so can’t even use the app now. Had added it previously however after wifi password change required re-adding the device. However for NOT VALID reason app requires giving location permissions without which you can’t add the device. There is 0 need to make location sharing mandatory to add a smart device, it’s my device and I don’t want to share my location with the app just to add it to app. The app & maybe company is also Chinese. So beware when these smart devices start asking your home location for NO GOOD reason (or in disguise of wifi accuracy which is farce since we users don’t want any accuracy when wifi and password is shared to further risk sharing location where the device is)
So the app clearly isn’t made by super fluent English speakers. And everyone is complaining about not being able to connect their bot to WiFi. These people are just terrible at reading instructions. This stupid thing doesn’t even let you connect Wi-Fi which you have to do if you want to connect a robot to the app. Developers need to check this out because there’s no done or next button to close the keyboard to connect to the Wi-Fi. Get your crap together. You just cost your company $300.
