Absolutely horrible
It is an over engineered useless piece of software. It makes no sense that I have to sign-in and wait for the authentication for 20-30 seconds each time I want to adjust the furnace. The screens are completely unintuitive. The temperature cannot be set, when the furnace is warming up or shutting down. And over the last 3 years of use I saw zero improvement. My feedback is completely in vain.

A number of problems 1. WiFi direct almost never works 2. Session expires every three hours. Very frustrating having to log in again and again. 3. Face recognition works about 1 in 10 times making it even more frustrating to log in. 4. Since the only way to operate is through the remote app, the app is just frustrating. Considering the expense of the stove, the app is way behind for activating it. 5. Since MCZ does not solve the problems users come up against, the assumption is that MCZ either does not fix the problems or does not look at the comments in the reviews.

Great app
One thing that could be added is the app sending notifications if your pellet oven is low on pellets even if the app is not open. Other than that the app is easy to use and users friendly.
