I’ve had this vacuum for a couple years now, it wasn’t perfect in the beginning, took me a long time to get everything working and figure out how to get it to do what I wanted. Everything frustrated me, the remote not working just added to that. Now it fails to “locate the unit” and has to regenerate the map every single time I use it! It will not apply an old map that I know worked either. I haven’t moved furniture or anything else since the map was made. So now if I want to clean a certain area I have to close off the other areas and let it make a new map. Very disappointed in this.

Hello, I have the t21 air fryer, and I updated to version 2.4. I used to be able to Control the power temperature and start and stop independently just fine using the screen reader, voiceover. In this latest version of the app, all of the controls for my air fryer when I double tap on the name T 21, have disappeared. Instead, it only shows me a bunch of recipes which I do not want. Is anyone else in countering this problem with their air fryer and having no controls on the screen? I assumed that it was an accessibility issue which removed the labels from the buttons. Others are having problems controlling other devices as well. Definitely avoid updating to this version for as long as you can. I may have to roll back to an older iCloud back up, is that is the only way I know of how to get the older version back.

The first app was better and that's saying something because the first app was nothing great. When setting up the new app there is a space that says "WiFi Name"... This is actually where they want you to input your wifi password. It's super sketchy feeling as I thought, I'll just give it a whirl and input my password here since above it it already guessed my homes wifi accurately. Once I figured this out it was easy. BUT the app no longer let's you set a schedule for your device. I can't set my humidifier to go on and off at a consistent time every day. If I wanted something that I needed to open the app to turn on I would have bought a cheap Vicks humidifier and a smart Alexa plug, and the Vicks actually puts off warm air, this humidifier is cold once the air moves one inch from the machine. So lame.
