I suggest introducing an automated way of delivering phone & electricity credit , it could be done simply by linking the app with a sudanese bank account app that supports instant phone & electricity credit buying . The app user interface needs more organization & less limitation like in contact us. Email communications should be more informative & it would be nicer to somehow personalize the replies instead of relying mainly on automated email replies. Search bar needs serious attention, products need to be more organized & easy to search for. Hope you all the best on your work , my best regards .

First time ordering from them I was kind of scared the first time. But alhumdoillah It turn out to be a great experience. I bought the wrong stove and the guys were every nice to let me change after it was already delivered and they gave me an upgraded one... so I’m definitely going to shop more often with them. If there is 6 starts on the app I’ll give them six. They delivered the new stove on in 3 days.
