App needs an atm finder! Also, percentages for salary sweeper only make sense if you have a steady income. Some people do not, especially gig-workers. I know how much I need for bills, but with varying checks, it’s near impossible to get the right amount into the jar unless you just blatantly overfund it, which defeats purpose of the tool. It will cause more work and stress by guessing and/or moving the money later, only to do it all again next paycheck. Why even have a bills jar if you just have to dump most of the money in and use it in a single transaction list. And there seems to be another issue, as there is nowhere to put varying expenses, such as food or gas. You can’t create a jar for them, or you’ll just have to come back later and move the money manually when it’s time to spend. Fellow Simple users beware, until they fix some of these things. Maybe Douugh will read this and take some suggestions. I won’t be funding my account for now. Will check back in time.

Thanks for responding. Maybe your Douugh just doesn’t fit in with my style of money management. It’s definitely a great tool and a major improvement over a traditional bank. Because the company is still new and responded to me, willing to take feedback to improve, maybe two stars was a bit harsh. Updating to 4 stars. With some tweaks, this could be a 5-star app.

I am a client of this Financial institution for well over a year now. I typically do not take the time to engage in reviewing apps or services online. However due to the very pleasant experience that was just as much effective as it was efficient in response time I felt compelled to act as a independent sincere supporter of this company and urge you to give their platform a try. The debit cards come in a very reasonable amount of time , and if you should lose or misplace one they will get you a replacement issued and mailed promptly.
The thing that struck me as a quality above and beyond the competition is the ease of connecting with a live representative whether through calling the 1-800 number or through quick and personal responses To concerns via email. Kevin is a very hard worker whom appears to be very diligent in promoting the brand thought exceptional relentless service to thr company fielding a myriad of questions with efficient and quantifiable results
I feel very strong about using Douugh as one of my primary banking institutions. I recommend highly giving them a shot to earn Your business

I’ve used many online bank accounts, and haven’t seen a better interface to pay bills with than with Douugh. You can set up salary sweeper, a way for the app to automatically comb your paycheck once it’s deposited into a separate free account specifically for bills only so you don’t have to worry oh no which bills are coming out over next few days. Just put the amount you need from that paycheck and watch the bills come out. While your spending acct you’ll have free spend knowing your bills are accounted for. Great app, I hope they can get as big as chime, specifically the bills jar and salary sweeper are amazing. Keep up the great work!
